Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://swancitygaragefl.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Swan City Garage reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Swan City Garage markets and arranges Engine Repair, Brake Repair, Transmission Repair, Oil Change Service, Suspension Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://swancitygaragefl.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Swan City Garage or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Warranty Disclaimer. Swan City Garage makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Swan City Garage's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Swan City Garage harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
